Try to be punctual in the celebration of the First Pan-American Aquatic Masters Championship as well as in the obtainment of the 2004 FINA World Masters Championship for Mexico. Develop a Scholarship Committee in order to create opportunities to young "latycaribbeans" in other countries and this way improve their possibilities of high performance.
